This tutorial gives you instruction on how to set up and operate the three kinds of levels used on the job site.

BAC Local 1 works hard to support a fair wage and safe environment for all members. The Local ensures area contractors comply with labor laws and regulations set forth at every level of government.

Compliance with prevailing wage, OSHA standards, and worker classification is vital to the working class.

Wage theft, which occurs when employers misclassify works or don’t comply with prevailing wage laws, results in nearly $15 billion in stolen wages annually. Workers covered by a union are nearly half as likely to experience these losses.

If you suspect you’ve been the victim of prevailing wage violations, OSHA safety violations, or misclassification, contact our Compliance Office at compliance@baclocal.org or (240) 695-9463, ext. 4218 immediately for more information.

Join us as we tour BAC Local 1's new Baltimore office mid-renovation. Progress is being made behind the scenes despite COVID delays and other challenges that come with converting an Italian restaurant into an office and classroom space.

Check out our channel for the first video of the Local's office and subscribe to be sure and see the final product. Make sure to click "like" on this video if you want to see more updates on our office space.
