Cynthia Castro
Office Manager
Office Manager Cynthia Castro started with BAC Local 1 in 2004, when she was hired as the company’s administrative assistant.
In 2006, she was promoted to office manager, where she provides support to members and staff. In this role, she maintains membership records and offers assistance from the other end of the phone when anyone calls the BAC Local 1 office.
Cynthia can work with members in English or Spanish as a bilingual employee of the Local, and she was raised right here in Maryland.
