Dear Participants,

It is with great pleasure that we are sending this notice to advise you that pursuant to action by the Boards of Trustees of the above mentioned Funds, our firm, Beacon Administrators & Consultants, Inc. has been engaged to provide Third Party Administrative services for the Funds, replacing Zenith American Solutions, Inc., effective March 1, 2022.

We here at Beacon are truly honored to have the opportunity to serve the members of the Funds, and their dependents, and our staff will endeavor to provide you with the highest quality of administrative services.

Please note, there will be no changes to your plan benefits or to the Fund’s current benefit providers (CareFirst, CVS Caremark, Delta Dental, National Vision Administrators) as a result of the change in Third Party Administrators.
